Quasar Carrier for NVIDIA® Jetson™ TX2/TX2 4GB/TX2i is an update to the Orbitty Carrier, designed to match the NVIDIA Jetson TX2/TX2 4GB/TX2i module form factor. The Quasar design includes all the same connectors as the Orbitty (1x GbE, 1x microSD, 2x 3.3V UART, I2C, and 4x GPIO,1x USB 2.0 OTG, ), with the addition of 2x USB 3.0 ports, 1x 4-lane MIPI (I-PEX), 1x CAN, an updated 1x HDMI 2.0 connector as well as a SATA 7-pin connector for storage while maintaining the 87mm x 50mm footprint.

Like the Orbitty, the Quasar is ideal for robotics, unmanned applications, or any small form factor rugged environment that require the addition of MIPI, CAN, SATA or HDMI 2.0 port. Quasar is the latest addition to the Connect Tech Jetson TX2, TX2 4GB and TX2i line of products offering a wide variety of connectors in a very small and affordable package.
